Central HEPA Air Purification Systems:
We Provide Healthier, Cleaner Air
“Because of its high efficiency at filtering out tiny particulates, HEPA filtration is recommended for those individuals who suffer from allergies, asthma or other respiratory problems…”
“Of primary concern from a health standpoint are small, invisible respirable-size particles, with a higher probability of penetrating deep into the lungs…. And may cause chronic health effects.”
True HEPA Filtration With Optional Germicidal UV Lamps
When it comes to harmful air pollutants, what you can’t see can hurt you. CAP600 series and CAP1200 series Central Air Purifiers with true HEPA filtration are often recommended by allergists, pediatricians and other healthcare professionals for patients with allergies, asthma and other respiratory problems. CAP600 & CAP1200 series models represent the ultimate in home air purification systems that deliver clean, pure healthy air into your customers’ homes.
All CAP600 series and CAP1200 series models feature a HEPA filter that is tested and certified to an efficiency of 99.97% or higher at 0.3 microns. This HEPA filter is similar to the kind used to cleanse the air in hospital operating room suites. To remove odors and some volatile organic compounds, CAP600 and CAP1200 air purifiers utilize activated carbon filters. Your customers can also add-on an optional UV-C or UV Plus lamp for enhanced control of microbes, VOCs and odors.
HEPA Filter Captures Microscopic Contaminants
No other filter captures microscopic contaminants as effectively as a true HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter. Scientific studies have shown that more than 99 out of every 100 particles in indoor air are smaller than one micron in size–far too small to be captured by most upgraded filters let alone low-efficiency throwaway furnace filters. The HEPA filter used in the CAP600 series and CAP1200 series models are tested and certified to capture at least 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns in size.
“Partial Bypass” Installation
CAP600 and 1200 series systems are designed for professional installation into the HVAC air return duct near the air handler, in an out of the way location such as a basement, crawl space or attic. A ‘partial bypass’ installation configuration enables the device to purify about 50% of the return-air during each pass through the HVAC system. Typically, the entire air volume within the living space of a home can be HEPA filtered 50 to 75 times per day.
